What TelePep publishes

TelePep is a direct-pay telehealth provider. Its pricing page says the listed program price includes clinician evaluation, a prescription when issued, medication, and shipping. It also says an intake is authorised but not billed unless a clinician prescribes. The site lists service in 48 states plus the District of Columbia and names Alaska and Mississippi as exceptions.

This is useful price disclosure, but it is still a provider statement. Telehealth Ledger records what is published and links readers to the source; it does not independently audit clinical care, fulfilment, or patient outcomes.

Monthly versus prepaid prices

The clearest difference is plan length. The current examples below come from the same structured offer records as the price table above.

  • Semaglutide$199 monthly · $169 effective monthly on the 12-month plan
  • Tirzepatide$249 monthly · $214 effective monthly on the 12-month plan

The lower long-plan figure is an effective monthly rate, not a month-to-month price. TelePep also lists three- and six-month tiers for many programs. Monthly billing can be cancelled for the next billing cycle. For prepaid plans, its published policy describes a prorated refund for unshipped months, less a $25 administrative fee. Check the live pricing page before enrolling because programme availability and terms can change.

What to compare before choosing a program

Compare the format and billing basis, not just the smallest figure on the page. An injection, a dissolvable tablet, an NAD+ program, and a sermorelin program are different products with different routes and terms. TelePep’s published price structure is easier to inspect than a quote-after-intake model, but the annual rate requires an upfront commitment.

Use the comparison pages to see the same format across providers, then confirm the exact dose, state eligibility, and current terms with the clinician before proceeding.
