Where the prices come from

Every price is read from the company’s own public pages. Each row in a comparison links to the page it came from and shows the date it was checked. If a company publishes no price before intake, we record that instead of guessing, and the row says so.

Prices are kept separate rather than flattened into one number. A first-month promotion, a continuing monthly rate, and the average of a prepaid plan are different things. Merging them would rank a twelve-month prepay above a cheaper month-to-month program. Comparisons sort on the continuing price, which is what you pay once a promotion ends.

Companies change prices without telling us. Check the figure on the provider’s site before you pay. The date on each row tells you how old our reading is.

Independence

Telehealth Ledger is not a telehealth provider, is not owned by one, and does not operate in partnership with any company listed here. No company has approval rights over what appears on this site. No company can pay to be added, removed, or moved up a table.

Editorial policy

Telehealth Ledger publishes each guide under the organization’s name. Provider pages, prices, terms, and availability claims are checked against linked first-party sources. Clinical and regulatory context is drawn from primary regulators, product labels, guidelines, and published research wherever those sources answer the question.

A named clinician or medical reviewer appears only when that person has actually reviewed the page and their identity and credentials have been verified. An unnamed organizational byline does not imply medical review. Every guide identifies its source dates, update date, limitations, and the events that should trigger a new evidence check.

Commercial relationships do not assign rankings or establish medical quality. Material corrections update the underlying record and its checked date; unsupported or unresolved claims remain unpublished.

What a commercial relationship does not do:

• It does not change the order of a comparison. The lowest continuing price takes the top row.
• It does not decide which companies get listed.
• It does not change a recorded fact. A partner that publishes no price is shown as publishing no price.
• It does not buy a rating, because this site does not rate providers.

What this site does not do

Telehealth Ledger does not practise medicine. Nothing here is medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription, or a judgement that a treatment suits you. Only a licensed clinician who has reviewed your history can tell you that. Talk to one before you start or stop any medication.

Many programs compared here involve compounded medication. A pharmacy prepares that to a prescriber’s order, and the FDA has not approved it as a drug product. That is a different thing from a brand-name medication the FDA has reviewed. Comparisons label which is which and keep the two apart.

We do not ask for or store medical history, symptoms, or any other health information. If a form asks you for that, you have left this site.

Corrections

If a price, a state restriction, or a plan term is wrong, tell us. We will recheck it against the source and update the date. Getting a number wrong on a site about prices is the worst thing we can do.
