Signos CGM and Signos+ prices and plan terms

Signos offers two different products: a CGM-only subscription using Stelo biosensors and an app, and Signos+ combining clinician-selected compounded GLP-1 medication with monitoring. Signos+ clinical care is provided through OpenLoop Health. Plan length, sensor supply and refund conditions differ, so the CGM-only monthly price is not presented as a medication price.

Standard CGM-only monthly rates are $299 on a one-month plan, $199 on three months and $169 on six months. The plans page also displays $225, $150 and $127 offers; term, total and renewal rate require checkout confirmation. Signos+ starts at $199 monthly on a three- or six-month program. Its included sensors cover the whole term, while CGM-only plans advertise two per month. Cancelling renewal does not erase remaining term payments.

Regulatory and legal records

No FDA, FTC, or state attorney-general record naming this company was found in our search on 10 September 2026. A search with no result is not proof of a clean record.

How to read these ratings

Different platforms measure different things: Trustpilot shows a company-invited review average, BBB grades how a business answers complaints, app stores prompt at the moment of use, and a regulator's letter is a dated record. A paid PR-wire release is not a review. None of these is a score from Telehealth Ledger. How Trustpilot counts · How BBB counts

Questions about Signos

Does every Signos plan include GLP-1 medication?
No. CGM-only plans provide glucose biosensors and app access. Signos+ adds compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide if the clinician considers it appropriate. The $199 starting figure is not an exact dose-specific medication quote.
How many sensors does Signos+ include?
Its help article lists two 15-day Stelo sensors for the 12-week program or four for 24 weeks, with additional sensors purchased separately as needed. These are not the two-per-month supplies advertised for CGM-only plans.
Where is Signos+ available?
The checked page states 49 states and Washington, DC, excluding Louisiana. Some states require a video visit. General eligibility is ages 18–74, with 19+ required in Nebraska; intake confirms eligibility.
What happens if I cancel Signos?
Cancelling auto-renewal takes effect at the end of the current term. Remaining payments still apply, no prorated refund is offered, and early termination can carry a fee. Signos+ separately promises a full refund for members found ineligible, but not for missed refills caused by incomplete check-ins.
Does Signos refund you if you are not prescribed?
Telehealth Ledger does not rate or endorse providers. Signos+ promises a full refund if found ineligible. Missed medication refills caused by incomplete clinician check-ins are not refunded. This restates Signos's published policy as checked on 7 October 2026; confirm the current terms before paying.
