What are the best GLP-1s and GLP-1 programs? Judged by published facts, not opinions
There is no single best GLP-1 program, so this page ranks 16 telehealth providers on one published fact at a time: lowest continuing price, lowest first-month price, medication included, verified nationwide availability, stated shipping window, refund if not prescribed, and split payments. Which medication is right is a question for the label and your clinician; the second half of the page sets out what each FDA label says and what each product costs, and does not rank the medications against each other.

Best GLP-1 program, by criterion
Each board below ranks providers on one published number or one stated term, with the rule printed above it and the check date beside every entry. The boards are never added together: a composite score would be an opinion about which fact matters most, and that is yours to hold. The three entries shown are the top three; the count of providers that qualified is noted where it is larger.

Best GLP-1 medication: what the labels say
This table does not rank the medications and makes no claim about how well any of them works. It sets out, product by product, the active ingredient, the FDA-approved indication as the label states it, the form, the dosing schedule on the label, and the lowest published telehealth price with its date. Every label fact was read from DailyMed on 11 September 2026; the sources list below gives each page and its revision. The compounded rows have no label: they are marked as not FDA-approved and quote FDA’s own description instead. The label indications for the approved products all apply “in combination with a reduced calorie diet and increased physical activity” or “as an adjunct to diet and exercise”, as each label states.

Common questions
- What is the best GLP-1 for weight loss?
- The label indication and your clinician decide; this page does not rank the medications. The label table above sets out what each FDA label says: Wegovy and Zepbound carry chronic weight-management indications, Ozempic and Mounjaro carry type 2 diabetes indications, and compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide carry no FDA label at all. Beside each row is the lowest published telehealth price and the date it was checked.
- What is the best GLP-1 telehealth program?
- It depends on which published fact matters to you, so this page shows one leaderboard per fact instead of one composite winner. On lowest continuing price with medication included, the current leader is Embody at $79 a month for compounded semaglutide injection, checked 22 August 2026. Other boards rank first-month price, verified nationwide availability, stated shipping, refund terms, and split payments.
- Who is the best compounded tirzepatide provider?
- There is no ranking of providers here beyond their published facts. On continuing price with medication included, the lowest compounded tirzepatide injection figure is $116 a month at Telos RX, checked 2 September 2026. Refund, shipping, availability, and split-payment boards on this page may put a different provider first. Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved and is not Zepbound or Mounjaro.
- What is the best GLP-1 without insurance?
- Every price on this site is a self-pay figure, so the leaderboards already answer the without-insurance question: lowest continuing price, lowest first charge, and medication included are the boards to read. The compounded rows are the lowest numbers, and the brand-name rows are the FDA-approved products; the two are not the same product and are shown separately.
How to read this page
Telehealth Ledger records published prices and stated terms; it does not audit providers, rate them, or take payment for placement. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved drug products and are not equivalent to Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, or Mounjaro. Whether any product is appropriate for you is a decision for a licensed clinician who can read the label against your history. Telehealth Ledger does not prescribe or dispense medication.
