Before you switch
- Your current plan is billed month-to-month, so there is no prepaid term to run down.
- Some prices above are tied to a commitment or prepaid plan. The terms column says which.
- Every price above includes medication.
- Pick your state above to remove providers that do not ship there.
- A clinician sets the dose after intake and the dose can change the price. See the full Tirzepatide comparison for every plan tier.

What to know before you switch
Switching from one GLP-1 telehealth provider to another
Switching means cancelling one subscription and starting a new intake with another company. Every provider in this registry runs its own questionnaire and clinician review, so a switch is a fresh application rather than a transfer of your account. This calculator compares continuing prices only: the rate you pay once any first-month promotion has ended, because a promotion is not a price. Each row shows the date we last confirmed the figure on the company’s own pages. Published rates change, so treat the date as part of the price and re-check the provider’s checkout before you cancel anything.
What happens to your prescription when you switch
A prescription issued through a telehealth program is filled by that program’s partner pharmacy under that program’s terms, and none of the companies in this registry publish a process for transferring an existing prescription to a competitor. A new provider runs its own intake, and its clinician decides independently what, if anything, to prescribe; nothing on this page predicts that decision. The timing between the two programs is yours to manage. Provider profiles note published refund and cancellation terms where we found a source, so read your current provider’s profile before you give notice.
Month-to-month vs prepaid plans when switching
Month-to-month plans bill a continuing monthly rate and can be stopped before the next cycle. Prepaid plans charge a multi-month total up front for a lower effective rate. For example, Embody lists compounded tirzepatide injection at $129 a month, or $1,428 for 12 months, which works out to $119 a month. The calculator ranks every provider on its continuing rate and shows a prepaid rate beside it only where that rate is lower. Months already paid for on a prepaid term fall under that provider’s own refund terms, so check how much of the term remains before you count the savings.
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide price differences between providers
Among the 15 providers publishing a continuing, medication-included price for compounded semaglutide injection, the monthly rate runs from $79 (Embody) to $289 (Found Health). For compounded tirzepatide injection, 13 providers run from $116 (Telos RX) to $369 (MadeMed). Of the 13 providers pricing both, 12 charge more for tirzepatide than for semaglutide. Published prices also differ in what they bundle: some include clinician visits and shipping, others bill them separately, and the dose set after intake can move the total. Compare the terms column, not just the headline number.
How this is calculated
Prices are the continuing monthly rate each company publishes on its own pages, checked on the date shown in each row. Introductory first-month rates are ignored; a promotion is not a price. Prepaid plans are ranked on their effective monthly rate only when the company publishes no separate continuing rate. Only offers that include medication in the price are compared, so a consult-only fee cannot appear cheaper than a full program. Telehealth Ledger does not prescribe or dispense medication and does not decide whether a treatment suits you.
