The sources checked do not establish one pharmacy assignment for every treatment. Before payment, request the dispensing pharmacy, its license for the patient's state, the exact compounded formulation, storage requirements, and the contact for pharmacist questions.

Reconcile the landing page with the contract

Build the Telos quote from the term, not from the smallest number on a product card. Ask for the one-month price, the total for the selected multi-month plan, the amount charged today, the number and timing of shipments, and the adjustment due after early cancellation. A phrase such as cancel anytime can describe the ability to stop future service while still leaving a contractual balance.

Then verify what the plan includes. Clinician review, laboratory work, medication, supplies, and shipping can appear together in marketing without applying identically to every treatment.
