Introduction
Last updated 21 October 2026. Among commission-earning providers with a calendar-month NAD+ injection price, the lowest is $93 a month at CoreAge Rx, the median is $159, and the range is $93 to $249 across 11 providers.
A 4-week renewal, including Enhance.MD at $199 every 4 weeks and Luvo Health at $199 every 4 weeks after $99.50, is not part of that monthly range. System Labs is in a live price test: $89 the first month and $149 after on every arm, ranked at $149.
The continuing monthly range
The NAD+ injection program page reads the commission-earning catalog. On 21 October 2026 that catalog has 11 providers with a calendar-month continuing price. The lowest is $93, the highest is $249, and the median of those 11 provider prices is $159. The median is the middle of the provider list, not an average of every plan length. System Labs was rechecked that day. The other rows keep the check date in the table.
Each row below uses the figure confirmed on the provider page that day, or the catalog figure and its older check date when the page did not load or did not print a price. bmiMD returned HTTP 403. MyDrHank's product page returned no price. Those two rows keep their 14 September 2026 catalog figures.

Injection, nasal spray, and oral prices
Nasal spray and oral NAD+ are different catalog pages. The route comparison is already published, and this note does not repeat it. On 21 October 2026 the nasal catalog has five calendar-month prices: CoreAge Rx $93, System Labs renewal $119 to $149 ranked at $149, bmiMD $159 with the same prepaid option as the injection (page not re-read; HTTP 403 on 18 October), MyDrHank $199 (page did not return a price on 18 October), and RxSpan MD $249. That nasal range is $93 to $249, and the median is $159.
Two oral prices opened on 18 October 2026 sit outside the injection table. RxSpan MD's flex-dose tablet is $199 monthly. Enhance.MD's wafers are $99 billed every 4 weeks, so that $99 is not a calendar-month oral price. yourEra's NAD+ Therapy card is $170 a month and does not name injection versus another route, so it is not in the injection table either.
Why one visit can show a different System Labs price
System Labs is running a randomized price test named lock-in-pricing-v1. Checked 21 October 2026, the three arms are control, variant-a, and variant-i. NAD+ injection is $89 the first month and $149 after on every arm. The ranked catalog price is $149.
An 18 October 2026 fetch of the same page showed a quarterly supply at $99 a month and structured data at $129. Those figures are not the monthly renewal recorded on 21 October 2026. A quarterly total is not a monthly rate.
Read the supply length on the card. A quarterly per-month display is not the monthly renewal. The ranked catalog price is $149.
What FDA has published about NAD+ products
FDA's reminder to compounders says the agency is aware of compounders using food-grade nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) sold by repackagers to make intravenous products. It says ingredients identified as food grade are not suitable for compounding sterile drugs without appropriate processing, because of the risk of contamination with microbes and endotoxins. It says FDA has received adverse event reports after NAD+ injectable drugs, including severe chills, shaking, vomiting, and fatigue, with some requiring medical treatment, and that those reactions are consistent with excessive endotoxins.
FDA's 20 January 2026 warning letter to GenoGenix LLC, an outsourcing facility that registered under section 503B on 4 February 2025, says NAD+ and 5-Amino-1MQ do not appear on the 503B bulks list and were not used to compound a drug on the shortage list, so products using them were not eligible for the 503B exemptions. The letter says three patients received NAD+ lot GG121624-023 from the same vial, developed low blood pressure, uncontrollable shaking, shivers, and body aches shortly after or during administration, and were directed to the emergency room. An unopened vial from that lot measured 3,360 EU/mL bacterial endotoxins. The firm had not performed finished-product testing before release. BioSpace's 4 March 2026 article reports those letter findings. The letter does not name the telehealth providers in the price table. A listed price is not a safety clearance.
Strut Health's NAD+ page says compounded NAD+ is not FDA-approved. Live Vital's treatments page says its compounded NAD+ is not FDA-approved. Those are the providers' own statements. The FDA pages opened for this article do not, by themselves, use the sentence that NAD+ is an approved drug.
This is a price comparison. It is not a recommendation to use NAD+ and it is not a finding that a catalog pharmacy supplied the GenoGenix lot.
Common questions
- How much do NAD+ injections cost in 2026?
- On 21 October 2026, 11 commission-earning providers publish a calendar-month NAD+ injection price. The lowest is $93 a month, the median is $159, and the highest is $249. System Labs is $89 the first month and $149 after.
- Why is $99 not the lowest NAD+ injection price?
- Bodybuilding Health+ shows $99 a month on a 6-month card, beside $129 for one month. On 18 October 2026 System Labs showed $99 a month on a quarterly supply. Neither figure replaces the calendar-month comparison. Checked 21 October 2026, the System Labs monthly renewal is $149 after $89 the first month. CoreAge Rx at $93 is the lowest calendar-month price.
- How does injection pricing compare with nasal or oral NAD+?
- The nasal catalog's calendar-month range is also $93 to $249, median $159, across five providers. System Labs renews at $119 to $149 and is ranked at $149. RxSpan MD's oral tablet is $199 a month. Enhance.MD's wafers are $99 every 4 weeks. The route comparison is on the existing NAD+ injections, IV, nasal, and oral article.
- Is NAD+ an FDA-approved drug?
- Strut Health and Live Vital say their compounded NAD+ products are not FDA-approved. FDA's sterile-ingredient reminder says food-grade NAD+ is not suitable for sterile compounding without appropriate processing, and it describes adverse event reports after NAD+ injectable drugs. The 20 January 2026 GenoGenix warning letter says NAD+ was not eligible for 503B exemptions.
- Does the lowest price include shipping and the visit?
- Strut Health says $149 includes physician consultations and free shipping. CoreAge Rx says delivery is fast and free if a prescription is granted. Other rows do not all use that wording. Read the check date on the row before treating the figure as the checkout total.
