Informational price comparison

Telehealth Ledger publishes and compares prices and plan terms that telehealth companies post, along with coupon pages and downloadable price datasets. We are not a telehealth provider, pharmacy, or medical practice. We do not prescribe, dispense, or sell medication. When you start a program, you deal with that provider under its terms.

Prices, plan terms, and availability come from the provider’s public pages, are dated when we check them, and change without notice. The provider’s page at the time you pay controls. Calculators estimate from those published figures. They are not a quote. See the medical disclaimer.

Not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical, legal, or financial advice, a diagnosis, or a prescription. No clinician reviews these pages for Telehealth Ledger. Talk to a licensed clinician before you start, stop, or change a medication.

Affiliate relationships

Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you start a program through one, Telehealth Ledger may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Visit links use Katalys, Awin, or UpPromote (an sca_ref parameter, or a short link on shop.plexusdx.com). Public pages can also load Skimlinks, which can rewrite other merchant links, and an AvantLink script used to confirm site ownership. Those two scripts load only after you allow affiliate cookies. The provider link itself works either way. See the affiliate disclosure.

A commission does not change the order of a comparison, which companies are listed, or a recorded fact. The lowest continuing price takes the top row when the table is sorted by price. No company can pay to be added, removed, or moved up a price-sorted table.

Our data and content

Price datasets we publish for download, including /data/prices.csv, /data/price-changes.csv, /api/prices, and /api/catalog, are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). You may share and adapt them, including commercially, if you credit “Telehealth Ledger” with a link to the source, indicate changes, and do not suggest we endorse you. The figures are provided as recorded. They may be out of date. The rest of the site (text, design, and logos) is not under that license. Trademarks belong to their owners and are used to identify products and companies.

What you send us

There is no account and no form on this site. If you email us, you confirm the message is yours to send. Do not send another person’s private information or health information you do not need us to have. Use is described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, no scraping that degrades it for others, and no use that violates the law. Automated agents may read public pages consistent with robots.txt.

Third-party sites

Links leave this site. We are not responsible for a provider’s content, prices, services, or privacy practices, including medical services.

Accuracy and corrections

If a price, a state restriction, or a plan term is wrong, email partners@telehealthledger.com with the public page that shows the current figure. A correction is made from that page. The method is on methodology.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses from a purchase or treatment you obtain from a provider, and our total liability for a claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for a dispute that a court may hear is the state or federal courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Consumers keep whatever mandatory local protections apply.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new text.
