Corrections log

This log lists changes to something Telehealth Ledger had already published. Each row names the date, the page, and what changed. A new page, a design change, and a price that was not rechecked are not corrections.

Corrections recorded from the published pages and the SEO log.
DatePageWhat changed
/programs/zepboundThe page dated the same LillyDirect self-pay ladder three ways. The answer used 10 September 2026, the price note said the terms were rechecked on 15 October 2026, and the month-2 guide line said it was checked on 10 September 2026. On 18 October 2026, fetches of https://zepbound.lilly.com/coverage-savings, https://www.lilly.com/lillydirect/medicines/zepbound, https://lillydirect.lilly.com/, and https://pricinginfo.lilly.com/zepbound stopped at HTTP 403. No dollar figure moved. The price note, the answer, and the guide line now use 10 September 2026, the date those brand sources were accessed. The $449 line names the KwikPen offer at 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, and 15 mg within 45 days, beside the regular ladder of $299, $399, $499, and $699. The description of /blog/why-glp-1-price-goes-up-after-first-month, which this page prints as that guide line, uses the same date. Its title did not change.
/reports/price-index/2026-10Correction, 17 October 2026. This October 2026 edition was published with Embody's compounded semaglutide at $79 and compounded tirzepatide at $129 labeled as calendar-month continuing prices. A check of the product pages on 17 October 2026 found those amounts labeled as one-month sale prices, against regular prices of $299 and $349. The pages publish no selling plan and do not say the sale is first-month-only. A temporary sale price is not the continuing price. The figures in this edition are unchanged. The latest index ranks on the regular price and labels the sale separately. The October 2026 snapshot headline remains compounded semaglutide at $79 to $299 a month at 17 providers. yourEra's $65 figure was a prepaid-effective rate on a 12-month plan, not a continuing monthly price, and was removed on 22 October 2026 because the page no longer shows it.

Editorial standards

Pages are published by Telehealth Ledger. The byline is the organization. A page does not name a person as its author, reviewer, or medical reviewer. A named clinician appears only when that person has reviewed the page and the identity has been verified. An organizational byline is not a medical review.

A price is copied from the provider’s own public page. The row keeps that page’s address and the date it was read. If the provider does not publish a price before intake, the row says the price is not published. No number is filled in. Lowest and cheapest claims use the definition on the methodology page.

Compounded medication is labeled compounded (not FDA-approved). It is not described as generic. Telehealth Ledger does not assess whether a treatment suits a reader and does not prescribe.

Some outbound links can earn a commission. A commission does not change the order of a table, a recorded fact, or which companies are listed. The same disclosure is on the about page.

A correction updates the record that was wrong. The check date on a price moves only when that source is read again. To report a wrong price, plan term, or availability claim, email partners@telehealthledger.com with the public page that shows the current figure. The collection rules are on the methodology page.
