Editorial policy
Telehealth Ledger publishes prices and research notes under the organization’s name. A sentence stays on a page when a listed source supports it.
How a page is researched
Provider prices, plan terms, and availability are read from the provider’s public pages. Regulatory and label statements are read from the FDA, DailyMed, or another official page named in Sources. A research note lists the source for each section. Search-volume estimates may order the research queue. They are not treated as proof of clinical value, provider quality, or demand.
The methodology is the record of how a price is stored, normalized, and ranked.
Check dates
Each published price carries the day its source page was read. That day is the offer’s verification date, or the provider’s review date when the offer has none. The page shows that day next to the figure. A later edit of unrelated copy does not move a price’s check date.
Commissions and rankings
Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you start a program through one, Telehealth Ledger may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. A provider is listed when the visit link can earn a commission and the publication gate is met. Commission does not buy a higher row. Ranked tables sort on the published continuing price, then a prepaid effective monthly price, then an upfront price. Unpublished prices stay last.
The same disclosure is on the about page and in the footer.
Corrections
If a price, plan term, or availability claim is wrong, email partners@telehealthledger.com with the page that shows the figure. The correction is made from the provider’s public page, and the check date moves only for the facts that were rechecked. A route leaves the sitemap when its evidence no longer meets the publication gate.
Software assistance
The editorial production standard uses a drafting agent to write from a locked source packet. A published sentence remains only when a source on the page supports it. The byline stays the organization name.
