Consumer health data

Effective 19 October 2026. Last updated 19 October 2026.

This notice is for consumer health data under Washington’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada’s consumer health data law. It supplements the privacy policy. Operator: Brady Hanlon, a sole proprietor doing business as Orenston, 78 Hawthorne Avenue, Auburndale, MA 02466.

What we collect

We do not ask for or store medical history, symptoms, prescriptions, or other health details. The information that can suggest a health interest is which pages you open, when that path is linked or reasonably linkable to a browser:

  • First-party visit records (the hits table). Page path, referring host, country, and device. A daily visitor hash. No IP address stored. Under Global Privacy Control, page views only, without the session id, page-view id, visitor hash, or campaign tag.
  • The event ledger (analytics_events and outbound_clicks). The real path, including a treatment slug, plus outbound provider, treatment, and destination. This ledger does not read Global Privacy Control and has no automatic deletion.
  • Google Analytics, only if you opt in. It receives a generic path such as /programs/[treatment], not the drug or condition slug.
  • Skimlinks and AvantLink, only if you opt in to affiliate partners, and never under Global Privacy Control.

Sources, sharing, and consent

The data comes from your browser when you use this site.

  • Cloudflare hosts the site and the database.
  • Google receives the generic analytics path only if you allow Analytics.
  • A click on a provider link goes to Katalys, Awin, or UpPromote, and then to the provider, whether or not you accepted cookies. Skimlinks and AvantLink run on the page only after you allow affiliate partners.

We do not sell this data. We do not use it for targeted advertising, and we do not geofence around healthcare facilities. You withdraw consent for Google Analytics and the affiliate scripts in cookie settings. Global Privacy Control turns those off. First-party visit and event records still run unless you add ?notrack=1.

Your rights

Email partners@telehealthledger.com with the subject “Consumer health data request” to ask whether we collect, share, or sell consumer health data we can tie to you, for a copy, a correction, deletion, or to withdraw consent. These records are not stored under a name or email, so we may not be able to find one person’s browsing. We will say so if that is the case. We will reply. If we refuse, reply to that message to appeal. Washington residents can contact the Washington Attorney General if an appeal is denied.
