How to compare the real cost of a telehealth program
As of 3 November 2026, two programs with the same headline can be different bills. Compare what is included, what repeats, and what you pay up front.
Five lines on the bill
- Medication included, or billed separately after a consult.
- Consult or membership, if it is not already inside the program price.
- Subscription that continues after the first shipment.
- Shipping, when the provider lists it apart from the medication.
- Prepaid months. A lower per-month figure can require several months paid at once.
A coupon changes a checkout. It is not the continuing price unless the provider’s own page says the lower figure repeats. Telehealth Ledger keeps introductory, continuing, and prepaid-effective prices apart for that reason.
Pages that already separate those prices
- Real price calculator for intro versus ongoing.
- GLP-1 programs sorted on the continuing price.
- Split payments when a provider publishes one.
- Price index for the monthly snapshot and the CSV.
- Find a program and filter for medication-included prices.
How to read a price here
Prices on Telehealth Ledger are copied from provider pages and dated. Read the methodology before treating a row as the whole market. Confirm the amount on the provider’s site before you pay.
