Ozari Health's pharmacy disclosure, as recorded in its dossier: Named on the pharmacy-standards page as of 4 November 2026: Hallandale Pharmacy in Florida and VialsRx Pharmacy in Texas. The provider states both are US-licensed 503A pharmacies. Hallandale's state list is shorter than all 50 states. VialsRx is listed for all 50 states.
