One telehealth provider in the Telehealth Ledger directory names VialsRX as a fulfillment pharmacy on its own public pages: Telos RX. Each name below links to that provider's profile, where the pharmacy statement sits beside its dated source.

Telos RX's pharmacy disclosure, as recorded in its dossier: Quoted from Telos RX's men's-health catalog: "Your prescriptions are fulfilled by our partner compounding pharmacy, VialsRX, an AI-powered pharmacy specializing in personalized compounding".

Naming a pharmacy does not mean every prescription goes there. Most telehealth services list several partners and route each order by medication, state licensure, and stock, so the pharmacy on your label can differ from the marketing page. The vial label is the authoritative record of who compounded and dispensed it.

VialsRX is recorded here as a 503A compounding pharmacy. The Texas State Board of Pharmacy's February 2025 inspection record for Vital Drip Infusion Pharmacy, license 35264, Class AS sterile compounding, marks the question of 503B outsourcing registration as not applicable, and no VialsRX or Vitaldrip entity appears on FDA's registered outsourcing facility list (checked 2026-09-10).

A 503A pharmacy compounds a patient-specific prescription and is licensed and inspected primarily by its state board of pharmacy; it does not register with FDA as an outsourcing facility and is not required to follow federal current good manufacturing practice (CGMP). Compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide from a 503A pharmacy is not an FDA-approved product, and the beyond-use date on the label comes from the pharmacy's own stability practice under USP standards rather than from an approved drug application.

Texas State Board of Pharmacy lists Vitaldrip Infusion, LLC (licensed as Vital Drip Infusion Pharmacy) under license 35264 with the status "Class AS (sterile compounding) license shown on the board's February 2025 inspection packet with a 2026-02-28 expiration at that time; current status not verified through the board's lookup" when checked on 10 September 2026. A resident license in Texas covers dispensing from that address; shipping to patients in other states requires a separate non-resident pharmacy license in each of those states, which is why provider availability lists change by state.

No NABP accreditation (PCAB, Digital Pharmacy, or similar) was found listed for this pharmacy on the dates checked. Accreditation is voluntary and its absence is not a finding.

VialsRX does not publish a beyond-use date policy, stability study, or testing statement on the public pages checked. Many compounding pharmacies share this only with the prescribing provider or on request, so "not found" describes the public website, not the pharmacy's records.

A beyond-use date (BUD) is the date after which a compounded preparation must not be used; the pharmacy assigns it under USP <797> sterile compounding standards and prints it on the dispensing label. It is not the same as a manufacturer's expiration date on a brand pen. Follow the storage and BUD printed on your pharmacy label; if a vial arrives without one, ask the dispensing pharmacy before use.

VialsRX describes its shipping this way: "Once a prescription is approved, most custom formulations are compounded and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours."

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide ship refrigerated: an insulated box with cold packs, usually by an overnight or two-day carrier service on weekdays so a package is never in transit over a weekend. On arrival, put the vial in the refrigerator, check the label for the BUD and storage line, and contact the pharmacy if the cold pack is fully thawed or the vial is warm.
