Month-to-month price versus the $169 headline
MEDGm's compounded semaglutide injection page, checked on 14 September 2026, bills $299 a month and $179 for the first month after an automatic $120 welcome offer. The page says that price is the same at any dose and that consult, labs, medication, free shipping, 24/7 support, and side-effect medications are included.
The GLP-1 landing page still says injections start at $169, and the page FAQ calls $169 an all-inclusive first-month figure. $169 is the effective monthly rate of the 12-month plan ($2,028 billed once). Telehealth Ledger uses $299 as the continuing comparison price and records the prepaid totals separately so a long-plan average is not ranked as a month-to-month rate.
Prepaid terms are billed in full and are not refundable on voluntary cancel
The same product page sells a 3-month supply billed at $597, a 6-month supply at $1,134 ($189/mo), and a 12-month supply at $2,028. Those charges are due up front for the selected term.
MEDGm's cancellation and refund policy, last updated 9 August 2026, requires at least 72 hours' notice before the next billing date. Voluntary cancellation of a multi-month bundle issues no refund; remaining monthly shipments continue through the paid term. Medical disqualification before the first shipment is a full refund of the current term; after shipment, only unshipped months of a bundle are refunded pro-rata.
Clinical parties, pharmacies, and state caveats
GLP-1 and contact footers name OpenLoop Health as the clinical network that decides whether a compounded GLP-1 prescription is issued. MEDGm's terms name MEDGm Affiliated P.C.s as the clinical parties and say MEDGm, LLC does not practice medicine. Compounded products are not FDA-approved.
Fulfilment is listed through RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine, and Triad Rx. Terms claim service in all 50 states plus D.C., then add that some services may not be available in every state; the product page says the medication may not be available in all states.
