Introduction
Last updated 22 October 2026. Among commission-earning providers with a calendar-month continuing compounded semaglutide price, the lowest is $89 a month at yourEra, the median is $165, and the range is $89 to $299 across 13 providers. The yourEra page shows $111.25 before an auto-applied 20% discount and does not show $65, $99, or a 12-month plan.
SnagRX's continuing price is $99. A 28-day or 4-week bill, including Found, Sprout Health, and Enhance.MD, is not a calendar-month price.
Three prices, and which one the median uses
Telehealth Ledger keeps three price bases apart. The first-month price is an introductory charge. The continuing price is the calendar-month charge after that, with no prepaid commitment. The prepaid figure is a per-month equivalent of a longer plan, and it is quoted with the term. The median in the answer uses only the continuing price, one per provider.
On 19 October 2026 the continuing set was 13 providers, from $99 to $299, median $165. The middle of that list was $165, HealthRX's price after a $99 first month. On 22 October 2026 yourEra's month-to-month price is $89, so the continuing low is $89. The page does not show the $65 plan. SnagRX's $69 column is still a 12-month rate, not the continuing price.

Continuing, first-month, and prepaid rows
The table uses the page opened on 18 October 2026 when it loaded, except the yourEra row, opened 22 October 2026, and the PlexusDx row. bmiMD's compounded semaglutide page returned HTTP 403, so that row keeps the 14 September 2026 catalog figures. MyDrHank's page did not return a price, so it keeps $259 from 14 September 2026. PlexusDx's injection page, read 19 October 2026, is $149 month to month and $99 a month on a 12-month plan ($1,188 up front). bmiMD and MyDrHank stay in the continuing count on the older checks.
Pages that state a dose rule in this check use one price for the plan: yourEra, SnagRX, Sprout Health, Found, Strut Health's single injectable vial, and MEDGm. GobyMeds says the single month is $169+ at any dosage, and the same page also prints higher maintenance-plan totals by dose. The ranked continuing figure is the $169 single-month line, not those higher cards.

| Embody | $299 regular price | $79 one-month sale. The sale is not the continuing price. | 18 October 2026 |
| CoreAge Rx | Not used as a continuing price | Home35 shows $79/month and says starting prices are a 12-month plan paid in full. The product page says starting at $79 and no long-term contracts, and a banner says starting at $99. The catalog still records $948 for 12 months from 7 October 2026. Those pages do not agree, so $79 is not in the continuing range. | 18 October 2026 pages; 7 October 2026 catalog total |
What the legal notices say, as of 18 October 2026
On 1 May 2026 the Federal Register published a notice, 91 FR 23431, document 2026-08552, docket FDA-2018-N-3240, proposing not to include semaglutide, tirzepatide, and liraglutide on the 503B Bulks List. That notice set a comment date of 30 June 2026. A 26 June 2026 notice, document 2026-12937, extended comments to 30 July 2026 and restated the proposal not to include those three substances.
The Federal Register docket API for FDA-2018-N-3240, checked 18 October 2026, lists 12 documents. The newest is the 26 June 2026 extension. No later final notice appears in that docket. FDA's 1 April 2026 clarification says tirzepatide and semaglutide do not currently appear on the 503B bulks list or on FDA's drug shortage list. Older sections of that same page describe enforcement-discretion windows that the page itself marks as ended. The longer legal discussion and the Empower Pharmacy warning-letter note are already published, and this article does not repeat them.
A compounded drug is not FDA-approved. A catalog price is not a statement that a particular pharmacy's product meets 503A or 503B conditions.
