Introduction
Last updated 27 October 2026. NovoCare's Wegovy pill is $149 a month at 1.5 mg, $199 at 4 mg, and $299 at 9 mg and 25 mg. Sesame lists $149 at 1.5 mg and at 4 mg, and $299 at 9 mg and 25 mg, with care billed separately.
Sesame's month-to-month care is $99, and an annual plan starts at $59. MEDGm prints a $99 membership and no pill dollar. Shed prints both a $99 fee and a $125 fee.
NovoCare's pill price, opened 27 October 2026
NovoCare's home-delivery page separates the pill from the pen. Self-pay for the pill is $149 for each month of 1.5 mg, $199 a month for 4 mg, and $299 a month for 9 mg and 25 mg. One month is 1 bottle of 30 tablets. Eligibility and restrictions apply. Novo Nordisk says it can modify or cancel the program at any time. The page does not add a telehealth membership to those pill dollars.
The pen offer on the same page is a different product. Patients new to the savings offer or to NovoCare home delivery pay $199 for each month of 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg, for 2 monthly fills through 31 December 2026, then $349 a month. That pen sentence is not the pill price. The listed uses, diet and activity plus cardiovascular risk reduction or weight management, apply to the injection and the tablets. Alcohol use disorder is not in the list.

| 4 mg | $199 | 1 bottle of 30 tablets |

Sesame's 4 mg line is not NovoCare's 4 mg line
Sesame's weight-loss page prints Wegovy pill cash prices of $149 a month at 1.5 mg and 4 mg, or $299 a month at 9 mg and 25 mg. The 1.5 mg, 9 mg, and 25 mg medication dollars match NovoCare. The 4 mg medication dollar does not. Sesame says $149. NovoCare says $199. Both pages were opened 27 October 2026.
The same Sesame list prints Foundayo, which the page identifies as orforglipron, at $149 for 0.8 mg, $199 for 2.5 mg, $299 for 5.5 mg and 9 mg, and $349 for 14.5 mg and 17.2 mg. Those are not Wegovy pill doses. The Wegovy pen line on the page is also separate: $199 a month for the first two months for new Wegovy patients, then $349 a month. This note does not add the pen, or Foundayo, to the pill.
| Dose | NovoCare | Sesame cash price |
|---|---|---|
| 1.5 mg | $149 a month | $149 a month |
| 4 mg | $199 a month | $149 a month |
| 9 mg | $299 a month | $299 a month |
| 25 mg | $299 a month | $299 a month |
Sesame's medication line is not the whole bill. Care is charged separately.
Sesame's care fee is a second bill
The page says medication costs are not included in the subscription. A pricing FAQ bills the month-to-month plan at $99 a month. The same FAQ says the annual subscription starts at $59 a month and that the annual plan saves $480 a year compared with the monthly plan. The hero line is as low as $59 a month, with a footnote that the figure is based on a 12-month Success by Sesame commitment. The page description also says the program starts at $99 a month.
The catalog row for this same address, verified 23 October 2026, stores those medication doses and a separate care fee of $99 a month, with $59 a month on an annual commitment. The comparison figure in that row is the $299 medication price, not a timed introduction. The page opened 27 October 2026 prints the same two care figures. It does not print one sum of medication plus care. Adding $59 or $99 to the $149 medication line would be arithmetic, not a total on the page.
MEDGm prints a membership and no pill dollar
MEDGm's GLP-1 page puts Wegovy pill or pen on one line: $99 membership plus medication cost. Availability is subject to change. The page does not print a dollar for the pill. It does not say whether that unpublished medication cost matches NovoCare. The catalog row for this address, verified 21 October 2026, also has no stored Wegovy pill price. The page and the catalog agree on that point.
The same screen prices other products with medication included. GLP-1 injections start at $169. GLP-1 tablets start at $239. The footer says medication is included in the compounded program, and that compounded medications are not FDA approved. The $99 line is the brand membership. It is not the $239 tablet. Ozempic on that page is a $171 membership plus medication cost, which is a different line from Wegovy.
A membership plus an unpublished medication cost is not a monthly total. This note does not invent the missing dollar.
Shed prints two membership figures
Shed's Wegovy page, opened 27 October 2026, does not pick one sentence. A Wegovy heading says $349 to $499 for the medication and an additional $125 a month Shed membership, then says the product can be a once-daily pill or a weekly pen. A later note says pricing starts at $149 for the pill and $199 for the pen for new cash-pay patients, and that those prices do not include the $99 Shed membership and provider fee, paid to Shed, with medication paid separately to the pharmacy. A hero line says starting at $149 a month plus an additional $125 a month membership. The pill card says starts at $149.
The catalog row for this address, verified 25 October 2026, does not store a Wegovy pill dollar. Medication is not marked included. That is why this note quotes the page instead of a single catalog number. The $149 pill start, the $99 fee, the $125 fee, and the $349 to $499 medication range were all on the page. They are not one bill.
| Where on the page | Medication words | Membership words |
|---|---|---|
| Wegovy heading | $349 to $499 for the medication, pill or pen | $125 a month |
| Cash-pay pricing note | Pill starts at $149. Pen starts at $199. New patients. | $99 membership and provider fee, paid to Shed |
| Hero under Wegovy | Starting at $149 a month | $125 a month |
| Pill card | Starts at $149 | The card does not repeat a fee |
The $349 to $499 line names the pill and the pen together. It is not a dose table.
A compounded tablet is not the Wegovy pill
FDA's page, opened 27 October 2026, says compounded drugs are not FDA approved and are not reviewed for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. MEDGm's own footer says the same about its compounded medications. MEDGm's $239 starting price is the GLP-1 tablet line. The Wegovy line above it is the $99 membership. The semaglutide cost note already lists compounded oral prices checked through 24 October 2026. Those pages were not re-opened for this note, so their dollars are not repeated as 27 October prices.
NovoCare's pill is a branded semaglutide tablet at 1.5 mg, 4 mg, 9 mg, or 25 mg. Sesame's cash table uses those strengths. A compounded dissolvable tablet, lozenge, or capsule is a different catalog product even when the page also uses the word semaglutide. The price module below the first section is the catalog's Wegovy pill row. For the commission providers in that treatment, Sesame is the row with a stored medication dollar. MEDGm and Shed stay in the sections above because their pages do not give one pill total.
What these pages did not print
None of the four pages printed a coupon code for the Wegovy pill. Sesame's discount language is the subscription price, as low as $59 a month on a 12-month commitment, not a code. MEDGm's $99 is a membership label, not a code. Shed's $99 and $125 are membership lines, not a code. NovoCare's pill price is the manufacturer's self-pay offer.
A full monthly total exists on NovoCare, because that page does not add a membership. It does not exist yet for MEDGm, because the medication dollar is missing. It does not exist as one number for Shed, because the page prints two fees and more than one medication range. Sesame's medication dollars are readable, and the care dollars on the page opened today are an as-low-as annual figure, not a printed sum.
Common questions
- What does the Wegovy pill cost with no telehealth membership?
- On NovoCare's page opened 27 October 2026, $149 a month at 1.5 mg, $199 a month at 4 mg, and $299 a month at 9 mg and 25 mg. One month is 30 tablets. The page does not add a membership to those amounts. Novo Nordisk says it can modify or cancel the offer.
- Why is Sesame's 4 mg price different from NovoCare's?
- Both pages were opened 27 October 2026. Sesame's cash line is $149 at 1.5 mg and at 4 mg. NovoCare is $149 at 1.5 mg and $199 at 4 mg. At 9 mg and 25 mg both say $299. Sesame also bills care separately, as low as $59 a month on a 12-month plan.
- Does Sesame's page still show a $99 care fee?
- Yes. The page opened 27 October 2026 bills month-to-month care at $99 a month. An annual subscription starts at $59 a month, and the hero says as low as $59 a month on a 12-month Success by Sesame commitment. Medication is not included. The catalog row verified 23 October 2026 stores the same $99 and $59 care figures.
- What does MEDGm charge for the Wegovy pill?
- The GLP-1 page says $99 membership plus medication cost for the Wegovy pill or pen, and that availability can change. It does not print the medication dollar. Compounded GLP-1 tablets on the same page start at $239, with medication included, and the page says those compounded medications are not FDA approved.
- Which Shed membership applies to the Wegovy pill?
- The page opened 27 October 2026 prints both. One note excludes a $99 membership from a pill price that starts at $149. The hero and another Wegovy block add $125 a month, and one of those blocks also says $349 to $499 for the medication. The catalog, checked 25 October 2026, does not store a single Shed pill dollar.
The pill has a manufacturer price. The telehealth bill may add a fee.
NovoCare's Wegovy pill is $149, $199, or $299 a month by dose, with no membership on that page. Sesame's cash line matches except at 4 mg, where Sesame says $149 and NovoCare says $199, and Sesame bills care separately. The page opened 27 October 2026 bills that care at $99 a month month to month, or from $59 a month on an annual plan. MEDGm prints a $99 membership and no pill dollar. Shed prints a $99 fee and a $125 fee on the same Wegovy page.
