Wegovy is semaglutide made by Novo Nordisk and approved by the FDA for weight management. Telehealth companies do not make it cheaper. They prescribe it, and the pharmacy bills for the drug. Five providers here prescribe Wegovy.

Reading these prices
This is the page where the price column misleads people most. Sesame Care shows $349, and that pays for the consultation only. The medication is billed separately and costs far more. GobyMeds shows $1,695 and Sprout Health shows $1,799, and those figures include the drug. A $349 program and a $1,799 program are not competing on price here. They are selling different things.
