Introduction

The August 2026 Zepbound label identifies tirzepatide for long-term weight reduction in adults with obesity or overweight plus a weight-related condition, and for moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea in adults with obesity. Mounjaro is also tirzepatide, and its August 2026 label lists type 2 diabetes uses. Compounded tirzepatide is neither brand: FDA's page, content current as of 1 October 2026, says compounded drugs are not FDA approved.

Telehealth Ledger has no verified best Zepbound provider. The catalog lists commission-earning providers that publish a medication-included Zepbound price.

02

The August 2026 Zepbound label names the product

Zepbound is Lilly's tirzepatide injection. The label revised August 2026 says it is indicated, with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity, to reduce excess body weight and maintain weight reduction long term in adults with obesity or adults with overweight in the presence of at least one weight-related comorbid condition, and to treat moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea in adults with obesity.

The same label says coadministration with other tirzepatide-containing products or with any GLP-1 receptor agonist is not recommended. An offer that says tirzepatide, GLP-1, or weight management, and does not name Zepbound, has not identified this product. The catalog that follows is limited to published Zepbound offers from commission-earning providers.

Mounjaro and compounded tirzepatide are separate products

Mounjaro's label, also revised August 2026, indicates it as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults and pediatric patients 10 years and older with type 2 diabetes, and to reduce the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events in adults with type 2 diabetes who are at high risk for those events. A Mounjaro price belongs in the Mounjaro comparison.

FDA's page, content current as of 1 October 2026, says compounded drugs are not FDA approved and are not reviewed for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. The 1 April 2026 compounding update describes section 503A conditions, including an identified-patient prescription and the restriction on regularly compounding essentially copies of a commercially available drug. This guide does not decide whether a particular compounded offer meets those conditions. Compounded tirzepatide prices stay on the compounded tirzepatide program page, where the product name is on the row.

A compounded tirzepatide price and a Mounjaro price are not Zepbound prices. The Zepbound catalog excludes both.

Continuing terms the Zepbound catalog can show

The methodology checked on 15 October 2026 stores the introductory price, the continuing monthly price, the upfront charge, the prepaid effective monthly price, the commitment length, and medication inclusion separately. The Zepbound rows below rank a medication-included continuing price when the offer publishes one. A prepaid offer shows the effective monthly rate and the amount paid up front. A separate care fee, when the offer publishes one, appears on the basis line.

A provider is listed when its visit link can earn a commission and the Zepbound offer has a published price, a check date, and a source. Programs with no public price are omitted from the ranked rows. The directory is the tracked commission-earning set.

  • Does the published price include the medication?
  • Is the figure the continuing price, a prepaid effective rate, or an introductory month?
  • Which consultation, membership, laboratory, or shipping charge does the same offer require?
  • What do the current terms say about renewal, cancellation, a decision not to prescribe, and eligibility in the reader's state?

Checks that stay outside this catalog

A reader's insurance benefit, the clinician's decision to prescribe, and the states a program currently serves are not facts on the Zepbound label and are not filled in from another customer's experience. An in-network clinician and a covered Zepbound benefit are separate insurer questions. Payment for an enrollment visit does not, on the sources checked here, establish that a prescription will be written.

Manufacturer self-pay terms for vials and the KwikPen are a different price record from a telehealth service fee. Those manufacturer figures live on the Zepbound cost guide, with the date they were checked. This page does not copy them into a provider ranking.

FAQ

Common questions

Which Zepbound provider is best in 2026?
Telehealth Ledger has no verified best Zepbound provider. The catalog orders published medication-included prices from commission-earning providers. A licensed clinician decides whether Zepbound is appropriate.
Is a tirzepatide program the same as a Zepbound program?
Zepbound is the branded tirzepatide product identified in the August 2026 label. An offer that says only tirzepatide has not identified Zepbound. Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA approved, according to FDA's page current as of 1 October 2026.
Does a telehealth membership include Zepbound?
The membership includes Zepbound when the published offer says the medication is included. The catalog ranks those offers. A consultation price that leaves the medication out is a different price structure.
Does an in-network clinician mean insurance covers Zepbound?
Network status and the medication benefit are separate insurer questions. This guide does not record a reader's plan, prior authorization, or copay.
Can the first month decide the comparison?
The ranking figure is the continuing price when the offer publishes one. An introductory month is stored separately. A prepaid plan is labeled with the amount paid up front.
Does paying for enrollment guarantee a Zepbound prescription?
The August 2026 label and the methodology page do not say that an enrollment payment produces a prescription. The provider's current terms are the record for what happens when a clinician does not prescribe.
Where are Mounjaro and compounded tirzepatide prices?
Mounjaro prices are on the Mounjaro program page. Compounded tirzepatide injection prices are on the compounded tirzepatide program page. Compounded oral tirzepatide prices are on the oral tirzepatide program page. Zepbound prices are on this guide's catalog and the Zepbound program page.
Bottom line

Name Zepbound, then read the continuing offer

The August 2026 label identifies Zepbound. Mounjaro and compounded tirzepatide stay in their own comparisons. Among commission-earning providers, compare the medication-included continuing price, or the prepaid effective rate when that is the published figure, and keep each row's check date.

  3. FDA concerns with unapproved GLP-1 drugs used for weight loss, content current as of 1 October 2026U.S. Food and Drug Administration · Accessed 15 October 2026

Compounded drugs are not FDA approved, and FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Compounded drugs should be used only in patients whose medical needs cannot be met by an FDA-approved drug. Warning signs include a claim that a compounded drug is the same as an FDA-approved drug, medicine supplied without a licensed doctor's screening and prescription, and no licensed doctor available for questions after the medicine arrives.

  4. FDA clarification for compounders, content current as of 1 April 2026U.S. Food and Drug Administration · Accessed 15 October 2026

The 1 April 2026 update says a section 503A compounded drug is compounded for an identified patient on receipt of a prescription, and that a compounder does not regularly compound products that are essentially copies of a commercially available drug. FDA intends to treat same-ingredient, similar-strength, same-route copies as essentially copies unless the prescriber documents a change that produces a significant difference for that patient. This page does not decide whether any specific telehealth offer meets those conditions.

  5. Price normalization, ranking, and who gets listedTelehealth Ledger · Accessed 15 October 2026

Introductory price, continuing monthly price, upfront charge, prepaid effective monthly price, commitment length, and medication inclusion are stored separately.
