DudeMeds
DudeMeds LLC is a cash-pay telehealth platform, not a pharmacy. Independent licensed U.S. providers write prescriptions, and unnamed partner pharmacies fill them. Weight-loss copy says there is no membership fee. TRT Commit Kits bundle labs, medication, supplies, a televisit, and shipping, with a three-month non-refundable medication fee in the terms if treatment stops. State coverage is advertised as nationwide or all 50 states for ED, but no exclusion list was published, so availability stays unverified.

DudeMeds quotes medication-included shop prices without a separate membership fee. Compounded semaglutide starts at $149 a month on the new-patient launch/commit shop, with no refill price on the refill shop. Tirzepatide starts at $233 a month on both shops. Brand Wegovy and Ozempic are $1,500 a month; Mounjaro and Zepbound are $1,350. NAD+ melts are $145 a month, with a conflicting $93 women's-page figure. TRT $77 is an after-12-weeks established-patient figure on the offer page, not a verified new-patient continuing rate. Terms make the first three medication months non-refundable if treatment stops.

Evidence conflicts and limits
Florida versus Delaware incorporation: Terms and Conditions say DudeMeds LLC is incorporated in Florida. Terms of Sale and the contact address describe Delaware. The conflict is disclosed; it does not block publication because the operator name DudeMeds LLC is consistent.
NAD+ melts versus injection page: The anti-aging catalog and NAD options page list NAD+ (200mg) Gummy Melts. The medication-page title is "Buy NAD+ Injections Online." The ranked offer is recorded as oral gummy melts, not injections.
NAD+ $145 versus women's $93: The anti-aging page lists NAD+ at $145 a month. The women's-health page lists NAD+ for anti-aging and longevity at $93 a month. Both figures are kept as separate catalog rows; neither is treated as a universal rate.
TRT $77 catalog versus after-12-weeks copy: The testosterone catalog lists Commercial Injectable Testosterone at $77 a month. The TRT offer page says established-patient plans start at less than $20 per week (approx. $77/mo) after 12 weeks of care. The $77 figure is not recorded as a new-patient continuing comparison price.
Nationwide and all-50-states marketing versus no exclusion list: ED copy says treatment covers all 50 states, and other treatment pages say no visit is required in most states. Terms only require U.S. residency and compliance with states where DudeMeds operates. No exclusion list was published, so availability stays unverified.
Hair spray listed at $32 and marked out of stock: The hair-health category lists the 3-in-1 Finasteride + Minoxidil + Tretinoin spray at $32 a month. The hair-medication-options page says it is currently out of stock.
- Partner pharmacies are unnamed; patients may be billed extra if they choose a pharmacy outside the DudeMeds partner network.
- A BBB search for DudeMeds returned three unrelated businesses and no DudeMeds profile. The FDA warning-letter index as retrieved did not mention DudeMeds. Those absences are not a review score.
- Trustpilot returned a blocked response during this check, so no public-opinion or review route is published.
- TRT catalog cards list two enclomiphene prices ($98 and $125) and two testosterone-plus-Pregnyl prices ($185 and $222) without explaining the difference on the same page.
- Compounded semaglutide $149 is a new-patient shop starting figure (launch/commit). The refill shop listed semaglutide refill without a price.

Questions about DudeMeds
- How much does DudeMeds cost?
- The pages checked on 14 September 2026 list new-patient compounded semaglutide starting at $149 a month, tirzepatide starting at $233 a month on both the new-patient and refill shops, Wegovy and Ozempic at $1,500 a month, and Mounjaro and Zepbound at $1,350 a month. NAD+ gummy melts are $145 a month on the anti-aging page; the women's page lists NAD+ at $93 a month. TRT catalog cards show commercial injectable testosterone at $77 a month, with the offer page saying that figure is for established patients after 12 weeks. ED is from $1.63 a tablet. The hair spray is $32 a month and was marked out of stock on the options page.
- Does DudeMeds charge a membership fee?
- The weight-loss page says there is no membership fee, no doctor fee, and no hidden fees, with free shipping. About Us says DudeMeds does not sell memberships that exclude medication. TRT Commit Kits are described as including lab work, medication, supplies, a televisit, and free shipping. Terms still authorize auto-renewing subscriptions and say the first three medication months remain due if treatment stops.
- Can you cancel DudeMeds and get a refund?
- Terms of Sale say DudeMeds charges only after a prescription is approved, and the TRT offer page says a patient who is not medically eligible gets a 100% refund. You can pause or cancel before the next renewal through the account or care@dudemeds.com. Payment is taken 72 hours before dispatch, and dispensed medication is not refundable. If you suspend treatment, the first three months of medication fees are due and non-refundable if already paid.
- Where is DudeMeds available?
- Terms of Sale require U.S. residency, age 18 or older, and U.S. delivery addresses. The ED page says treatment covers all 50 states. Other treatment pages say no visit is required in most states. No state exclusion list was published, so Telehealth Ledger does not treat coverage as verified nationwide.
- Is medication included in DudeMeds prices?
- Quoted shop and catalog figures for GLP-1, NAD+, TRT, ED, and hair products include the prescribed medication when filled through DudeMeds partner pharmacies. If you send the prescription to a pharmacy outside that network, Terms of Sale say DudeMeds fees stay the same and you pay the pharmacy for the medication. Labs are separate: the TellyLabs kit is $119 with code DUDEMEDS, and Quest or LabCorp requisitions are billed to the patient.
- How fast does DudeMeds ship?
- Weight-loss, NAD, ED, and hair pages say approved medication typically ships within 48 hours with free delivery. Terms of Sale say a dispatch delay entitles the patient to cancel for a full refund, and to contact the company after a 7-day delivery delay. This is DudeMeds's own published timing as checked on 14 September 2026, not a delivery guarantee; confirm it during checkout.
