Methodology
The continuing price is the calendar-month recurring price. A four-week renewal, an introductory price, a one-month sale, a regular price published beside that sale, a prepaid-effective rate, and an upfront charge are kept separate. A temporary sale price is not the continuing price. When a page publishes a sale price and a regular price, rankings use the regular price and the sale is labeled separately. When a provider tests more than one continuing price, rankings, the median, and this index use the high end. Low and high are the lowest and highest calendar-month continuing prices published for that medication. The median uses each provider's lowest calendar-month continuing price, so a company with two tiers counts once.
Lowest price means the lowest continuing monthly price with medication included, among rows fresh enough to rank. A prepaid-effective rate, an introductory price, and a starting-at floor are labeled separately and are not that lowest price. A row whose check is older than thirty days stays in the table with its real check date. From 21 October 2026 at midnight Eastern, and from then on, a row older than thirty days is left out of lowest and cheapest rankings, sort-first positions, and title claims. Rows already older than thirty days on 19 October 2026 stay rankable until that cutoff.
Every calendar-month continuing price in this index includes the medication.
This is the November 2026 edition. The edition month is the month of the newest price check in the index. This edition stays at its own address. A later price check does not replace a dated edition.
