Introduction

Opened 1 November 2026, Novo Nordisk lists Ozempic pen self-pay at $199 a month for two fills of 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg through 31 December 2026, then $349 a month, and $499 a month at 2 mg. The Wegovy pen on the same day's delivery page is $199 for two fills, then $349 a month through 2.4 mg. Ozempic's page lists type 2 diabetes uses.

Wegovy's page lists cardiovascular-risk reduction and weight management. A telehealth compounded price is a different product and a different bill.

Prices checked 1 November 2026. Embody's one-month sale and Affinity Direct's 4-week auto-refill are different bills. Compare Embody and Affinity Direct prices

Three cash questions, not one winner

A search for the best GLP-1, or for which GLP-1 is right for you, mixes a labeled drug, a second labeled drug, and a telehealth cash offer. Those are different objects. Ozempic and Wegovy are Novo Nordisk products with their own pages. A compounded program is a provider's compounded product, billed on that provider's plan.

The table is the split that was on the pages opened 1 November 2026. It is a comparison of published labels and published cash prices. It does not assign a medicine.

Labeled products and telehealth cash read on 1 November 2026. A sale, a self-pay ladder, and a 4-week charge are separate.

03

What the Ozempic page charges, and what it lists

The Ozempic self-pay page opened 1 November 2026 prices the pen for patients new to the savings offer or to NovoCare home delivery. The intro is $199 for each month of 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg, limited to two monthly fills through 31 December 2026. After that the page lists $349 a month for 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, or 1 mg, and $499 a month at 2 mg. One month is one box of one pen. Novo Nordisk says it can modify or cancel the program.

The same page's 'What is Ozempic' text lists use with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar in adults with type 2 diabetes. For the injection, it also lists cardiovascular-risk reduction in adults with type 2 diabetes and known heart disease, and kidney outcomes in adults with type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease. Those are the uses printed on that page. A weight-management use is not in that Ozempic paragraph.

04

What the Wegovy page charges, and what it lists

The Wegovy delivery page opened the same day prices the pen for patients new to the Wegovy savings offer or to NovoCare home delivery. The intro is $199 for each month of 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg, for two monthly fills through 31 December 2026. Then it is $349 a month for 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, 1 mg, 1.7 mg, or 2.4 mg, and $399 a month for Wegovy HD injection 7.2 mg. One month of the pen is one box of four pens.

The pill block on that page is a different ladder: $149 a month at 1.5 mg, $199 at 4 mg, and $299 at 9 mg and 25 mg. One month of the pill is one bottle of 30 tablets. The page lists two uses for Wegovy injection and tablets: reducing the risk of major cardiovascular events in adults with known heart disease and either obesity or overweight, and weight management for adults with obesity, or for some adults with overweight who also have a weight-related medical problem. The page also says Wegovy should not be used with other semaglutide-containing products or other GLP-1 receptor agonists.

05

Telehealth brand cash is a second number

A telehealth page that names Ozempic is quoting a program price for the brand, not the NovoCare ladder above. Gala Health's Ozempic page, opened 1 November 2026, says From $1,299/month, cash price, and that insurance may reduce the cost. That was the only dollar in the fetched text.

The RxSpan MD product API, opened the same day, lists a visible Ozempic row at 1299 with an empty price unit, so the row does not print a billing period. The visible Wegovy row is 1349 with the unit Month. The catalog has stored the Ozempic 1299 as a monthly figure from an earlier read. This note does not turn the empty unit into a new monthly claim. Neither Gala nor RxSpan is the NovoCare self-pay price.

06

Compounded cash keeps its own billing basis

NovoCare's pharmacy page, opened 1 November 2026, says its GLP-1 medicines are FDA-approved and that compound semaglutides are not. Embody's one-month products are titled compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide. The semaglutide JSON is a $79 sale against a $299 regular price. The tirzepatide JSON is a $129 sale against a $349 regular price. Neither variant has a selling plan. The sale is the price in the cart on that read. It is not recorded here as the continuing price. Rankings use the regular price.

Affinity Direct's price file, last updated 17 October 2026 and still serving those figures on 1 November 2026, uses a 28-day month. Compounded semaglutide at 1 mg a week is $152.15 on auto-refill every 4 weeks, or $179 one time. Compounded tirzepatide at 2.5 mg a week is $147.90 every 4 weeks, or $174 one time. The 3-month auto-refill totals are $339.15 and $360.40. The pricing page calls those $113.05 and $120.14 a month and dates the prices 17 October 2026. The ledger price guides opened 1 November 2026 still say Last verified 27 October 2026, and they match these dollars. They also print a 365-day annualized equivalent. That equivalent is not the charge every 4 weeks.

A compounded product is not an Ozempic pen or a Wegovy pen. The sale price and the 4-week auto-refill are not interchangeable with NovoCare self-pay.

07

CoreAge Rx is a third plan shape

The CoreAge Rx landing opened 1 November 2026 prints $79/Month beside a Start semaglutide button and $129/Month beside a Start tirzepatide button. The footer says the prices shown are starting at, based on a 12-month plan paid in full. This fetch did not print the lump-sum total. A starting monthly figure on a prepaid plan is not Embody's one-month regular price and not Affinity Direct's 4-week auto-refill.

The pair page for Embody and Affinity Direct keeps those two billing bases side by side. The compounded semaglutide program page is the wider table. Read the basis on the row before treating any of these dollars as the next bill.

08

Where a visit goes

The price module under the first section is the live catalog for Ozempic, Wegovy, and compounded semaglutide. Visit Embody and Visit Affinity Direct at the top of this page go to /go/embody and /go/affinity-direct. CoreAge Rx, when it appears in that module, uses /go/coreage-rx. There is no separate hop for the Ozempic pen. Confirm the cart on the provider's page before paying.

The module can show an introductory price, a prepaid rate, or a 4-week charge when that is how the offer is stored. The later charge is the one to read after any first price. This note does not rank those rows as a single best GLP-1.

FAQ

Common questions

Are Ozempic and Wegovy the same GLP-1?
Both contain semaglutide. The pages opened 1 November 2026 list different uses. Ozempic's page lists type 2 diabetes uses, including heart and kidney uses for the injection. Wegovy's page lists cardiovascular-risk reduction and weight management. The self-pay ladders differ too, including $499 a month for Ozempic at 2 mg and $399 a month for Wegovy HD 7.2 mg.
What is a GLP-1 test on this page?
There is no lab test here. The comparison is the published label text and the published cash price, checked 1 November 2026. A clinician orders any test and chooses any medicine. This page lines up the documents a reader can open.
Is a compounded telehealth price a discount on Ozempic?
No. NovoCare's pharmacy page says compound semaglutides are not the FDA-approved medicines. Embody's $79 sale and $299 regular price are a one-month compounded product. Affinity Direct's $152.15 is an auto-refill every 4 weeks. Neither figure is the NovoCare Ozempic ladder of $199, then $349, and $499 at 2 mg.
Which GLP-1 does this page say is right for every reader?
None. The pages list different uses and different bills. A prescriber matches a product to a person. This note stops at the published label and the published price.
Which visit links are tracked?
Visit Embody and Visit Affinity Direct at the top of this page go to /go/embody and /go/affinity-direct. CoreAge Rx visits in the price module use /go/coreage-rx. There is no Ozempic-pen hop on this page.
Bottom line

Match the label, then match the bill

Opened 1 November 2026, Ozempic pen self-pay is $199 for two fills, then $349 a month, and $499 a month at 2 mg, on a page that lists type 2 diabetes uses. Wegovy pen self-pay is $199 for two fills, then $349 a month through 2.4 mg, on a page that lists cardiovascular-risk reduction and weight management. Gala's Ozempic cash card is from $1,299 a month. Embody's compounded sale is not the regular price, and Affinity Direct's auto-refill is every 4 weeks. Those are the published pieces. They are not one recommendation.
