Shed Rx is the commission-earning provider in this catalog that publishes a Foundayo price: $149 a month plus a $125 membership. Commission-earning Ozempic continuing prices are $1,299 to $1,399.
Self-pay prices opened on 23 October 2026
TrumpRx publishes an out-of-pocket Foundayo price for each tablet strength and sends the buyer to LillyDirect. The page data uses a quantity of 30 and a before price of $649 on every strength. The visible note says the 2.5 mg price is temporarily reduced through 31 December 2026, with a regular price of $199, and the 5.5 mg price is temporarily reduced through that date, with a regular price of $299. Lilly's coverage-savings page and the LillyDirect full-terms page returned a Cloudflare check on 23 October 2026, so those two URLs are not the dose table below. Lilly's pricing-information page, opened the same day, described a $25 commercial offer and defined a month as 30 days. Its fetched text did not include a readable list-price dollar. Lilly's 1 April 2026 approval announcement said self-pay starts at $149 a month for the lowest dose, which matches the 0.8 mg row TrumpRx still shows.
NovoCare's Ozempic offer page is the pen price. New patients pay $199 for each month of 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg, for two fills through 31 December 2026. After that the page says $349 a month for 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, or 1 mg, and $499 a month for 2 mg. One month is one box of one pen. Novo Nordisk says it can modify or cancel the program. The savings page adds a tablet line, starting at $149 a month for a 1.5 mg dose, with the price varying by dose and one month defined as 30 tablets. This note does not fill in tablet prices the page did not print.

The labels do not describe the same use or the same schedule
Foundayo's prescribing information, revised July 2026, is tablets for oral use. The indication is long-term weight reduction, with diet and physical activity, in adults with obesity or in adults with overweight and at least one weight-related comorbid condition. The label says to take one tablet once daily, with or without food, and not more than one tablet a day. The strengths are 0.8 mg, 2.5 mg, 5.5 mg, 9 mg, 14.5 mg, and 17.2 mg. The starting dosage is 0.8 mg, with increases after at least 30 days. The maximum dosage is 17.2 mg once daily. Concomitant use with another GLP-1 receptor agonist is not recommended.
The Ozempic prescribing information opened on DailyMed, revised May 2026, is an injection. The indications are glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes, major-adverse-cardiovascular-event reduction in adults with type 2 diabetes and established cardiovascular disease, and a kidney-outcome indication in adults with type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease. The dose is injected once weekly, starting at 0.25 mg for 4 weeks, then 0.5 mg, with optional steps to 1 mg and 2 mg. The maximum recommended dosage is 2 mg once weekly. That label does not list a weight-loss indication and does not describe tablets. Novo's savings page, opened the same day, does describe Ozempic tablets and states type 2 diabetes uses for both the injection and the tablets. A cash-price comparison is not a reason to treat the products as substitutes.
This page states the indications and dosage forms printed on the labels that were opened. It is not a dosing schedule for a reader to follow.
What the $25 offers actually cap
Lilly's pricing-information page says a person with commercial drug insurance that covers Foundayo may pay as low as $25 for a 1-month, 2-month, or 3-month fill. Governmental beneficiaries are excluded. Savings are subject to monthly and annual limits, a month is 30 days, and Lilly can end the card. The page does not print the dollar caps. The 1 April 2026 announcement uses the same $25 commercial figure and says terms apply. It also says eligible Medicare Part D individuals may be able to get Foundayo for $50 a month, beginning as soon as 1 July 2026. This note does not add Medicare eligibility rules from a page that was not opened today.
Novo's Ozempic savings page says commercial insurance can bring a month to as little as $25, subject to a maximum savings of $100 a month. Government beneficiaries are excluded, and a person with both commercial and government coverage counts as government insured. FEHB, Marketplace plans, and state employee plans are not treated as government programs for this offer. A person enrolled in a government program can pay the self-pay price instead. Money spent through the offer does not count toward a deductible or an out-of-pocket requirement. The $25 line is not a discount off the $349 or $499 cash price.
Commission-earning prices in this catalog
Shed Rx is the published commission-earning provider with a Foundayo price. The page opened on 23 October 2026 says starting at $149 a month plus an additional $125 a month Shed membership. The $149 matches TrumpRx's starting self-pay price. The membership is a second charge. The catalog listing checked 14 September 2026 already separated the medication from the membership.
The Ozempic catalog's continuing set on 23 October 2026 is three commission-earning providers, from $1,299 to $1,399, median $1,299. Gala's page, opened the same day, says From $1,299/month, cash price, and that insurance may reduce the cost. The catalog row was checked 21 October 2026. Eden's page shows $1,399/month and says the same price at every dose. A FAQ on that page says plans include the doctor's visit, prescription medications, and free shipping. The catalog row checked 22 October 2026 calls $1,399 the medication price and says membership is billed separately. This note does not pick a membership dollar the Eden page did not print. RxSpan MD's public product API lists Ozempic at 1299 with an empty price unit. The catalog still counts it as $1,299 a month. DudeMeds has no ranked Ozempic price, checked 18 October 2026. A MEDGm listing checked 21 October 2026 is a $171 membership plus a medication cost that is not published. Oak Longevity has no published Ozempic price. A Shed Rx Ozempic listing checked 14 September 2026 says starting at $599 a month and marks a $149 hero figure as template bleed, so that $149 is not used here. Those listing rows are outside the continuing count of three. None of the telehealth figures is NovoCare's $199, $349, or $499 pen price.
