Introduction
Last updated 25 October 2026. GLP-1 microdosing, on the pages checked for this note, means a compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide plan the provider sells as a lower dose than its standard plan. The prices opened that day run from $69 a month on a prepaid 12-month plan to a $199 starting price. PlexusDx lists one price for semaglutide or tirzepatide: $99 month to month, or $69 a month on a 12-month plan billed as $828 up front.
Shed lists compounded microdose semaglutide starting at $149 a month and compounded microdose tirzepatide starting at $199 a month, each with a 2-month minimum. The Wegovy label revised June 2026 starts the injection at 0.25 mg once weekly, and the Zepbound label revised August 2026 starts at 2.5 mg once weekly. Neither label uses the word microdose, and FDA's page says compounded drugs are not FDA approved.
Prices opened on 25 October 2026
Six commission-earning providers had a public microdosing page in the lead list for this check. Each page was opened on 25 October 2026. The table uses the price and the billing words printed on that page. A starting price is not treated as the charge in a later month, and a prepaid per-month figure is not treated as month to month.
The standard compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide comparisons live on their program pages. This note does not replace those tables. The catalog module under the billing section is that standard-dose comparison, not a second copy of the microdose cards.

Prepaid plans, month-to-month plans, and starting prices
PlexusDx is the page that separates the terms in dollars. Month to month is $99. The 3-month plan is $89 a month and $267 up front. The 6-month plan is $79 a month and $474 up front. The 12-month plan is $69 a month and $828 up front. The page says the longer plans are charged once, up front, and renew automatically, and that future renewals can be cancelled. It also says pay-over-time options show at checkout on the 3-, 6-, and 12-month plans when the buyer is eligible, and that pay over time is not offered on the 1-month plan. The $69 figure is the 12-month plan, not the month-to-month bill. An optional genetic test is $99 after the first month. That add-on is not inside the plan price.
Enhance.MD's microdosing tirzepatide cards bill on multi-week cycles. The printed dollars are $189 a month for 3 months, billed every 12 weeks, $179 a month for 6 months, billed every 24 weeks, and $169 a month for 12 months, billed every 48 weeks. The 1-month card says billed every 4 weeks and does not print a dollar, so this note does not invent one. A banner on the page says up to $150 off the first order. That banner is not a lower number on the plan cards, and it is not subtracted here. The page also shows NAD+ wafer prices. Those are a different product.
HumeCare+ prints $199/month, billed monthly. The mobile price line adds for ongoing care, and the desktop price line says that $199/month includes medication if prescribed, ongoing care, and full program access, and that the buyer can cancel anytime. A separate sentence says it starts at $199 for the first 4-week supply, then $199/mo, including medication, clinical visits, coaching, and the program. Shed's two cards are starting prices with a 2-month minimum, so $149 and $199 are floors for at least two months, not a printed month-three bill. Lttl prints starting at $109 a month and cancel anytime on both the semaglutide and tirzepatide microdose pages, and it says the price is the same at every dose. Lttl does not print a prepaid total. A banner on both Lttl pages says up to $140 off the first month and that a code is auto-applied. This note does not print that code and does not subtract $140 from $109, because the banner does not say the discount is the microdose price.
A per-month figure on a prepaid plan is the plan's stated rate. The amount due at the start is the up-front total the page prints.
What the pages say microdosing is
The pages do not share one milligram. PlexusDx says microdose GLP-1 starts with lower doses of semaglutide or tirzepatide, as a weekly injection or a daily tablet, and that the provider makes the final choice. The same page says the price does not change with that choice. It changes with the plan length. The FAQ says the provider looked back at its own patients who started tirzepatide injection at 1 to 2 mg a week, that the look-back was not a clinical trial, and that it cannot prove the medicine caused the change. This note does not restate an outcome from that look-back.
Enhance.MD's page says microdosing means smaller, capped doses of tirzepatide compared with standard titration schedules, and it prints 1 mg/week on the product. Shed's page says microdosing GLP-1 is the use of very small, gradual doses of compounded injectable semaglutide or tirzepatide. HumeCare+'s page says its microdose program uses smaller doses of GLP-1 medication. Lttl's pages call the products a low-dose start and do not print a milligram for the microdose plan. None of those sentences is a dose to copy.
A provider's description of a lower dose is not an instruction to take that dose. The prescriber sets the product and the schedule.
yourEra prints a microdosing price and does not name the drug
The assigned landing at /hello, opened 25 October 2026, has a card titled Microdosing Protocols at $103.20/mo. The card says structured low-dose plans and monthly clinical review. It does not say semaglutide, and it does not say tirzepatide. The same page's compounded semaglutide card is $89/mo and its compounded tirzepatide card is $129/mo, both described as month to month. Those two cards are a different pair from the microdosing card. The page says a 20% discount is auto-applied and that no code is needed. It does not say the $103.20 figure is that discount applied to a $129 microdose price.
The homepage card, opened the same day, says Microdosing Protocols from $129/mo. Its text is about mood, focus, and momentum, with sub-therapeutic dosing, intention-setting, and monthly clinical review. It also does not name semaglutide or tirzepatide. The homepage's separate semaglutide and tirzepatide lines are $89 and $129 a month. A reader comparing GLP-1 microdose plans should not treat $103.20 or the homepage's from $129 as a named semaglutide or tirzepatide charge. The named GLP-1 month-to-month prices on those pages are the $89 and $129 cards, and the program pages are where those products stay compared.
The labeled schedules are not called microdosing
The Wegovy prescribing information, revised June 2026, says to initiate the injection at 0.25 mg once weekly for 4 weeks and then follow the dosage escalation schedule. The recommended starting dosage is 0.25 mg subcutaneously once weekly. The usual recommended maintenance dosage in the highlights is 2.4 mg once weekly. The Zepbound prescribing information, revised August 2026, says the recommended starting dosage is 2.5 mg injected subcutaneously once weekly for 4 weeks, increased in 2.5 mg increments after at least 4 weeks. The weight-reduction maintenance dosages in the highlights are 5 mg, 10 mg, or 15 mg once weekly.
Neither label uses the word microdose. Enhance.MD's page prints 1 mg/week for its compounded microdosing tirzepatide, which is a different number from Zepbound's 2.5 mg starting dosage. This note does not convert one into the other. FDA's compounded GLP-1 page, content current as of 1 October 2026 and opened 25 October 2026, does not describe a microdose regimen. It says compounded drugs are not FDA approved and are not reviewed for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing.
Compounded status, and where the standard-dose prices live
PlexusDx says compounded medications are not approved by the FDA. Enhance.MD says the compounded formulation is not FDA-approved. Shed and Lttl say compounded medications are not FDA-approved or not FDA approved. HumeCare+ says compounded semaglutide, in the paragraph that also prints $199/month, billed monthly, has not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. yourEra's semaglutide and tirzepatide cards say those compounded products are not the brand-name drugs and are not FDA-approved. FDA's own page says a claim that a compounded drug is the same as an FDA-approved drug is a telehealth red flag. Shed's cards print a same-active-ingredient line beside Ozempic and Mounjaro. PlexusDx's page says each variant contains semaglutide, the active ingredient in Wegovy and Ozempic, or tirzepatide, the active ingredient in Zepbound and Mounjaro. Those lines are the pages' wording. They are not a finding that the compounded product is Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, or Zepbound.
The prices in the table are the microdose offers those pages published on 25 October 2026. They will move when a page changes. The live comparisons for compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, including plans that are not labeled microdose, are the program pages and the cost notes linked below. A month-to-month standard plan and a prepaid microdose plan are different bills.
Compounded semaglutide is not FDA-approved Wegovy or Ozempic. Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved Zepbound or Mounjaro.
