Billing and operations

1-month continuing rates versus prepaid plan cards: Product pages list 1-month Core at $249/mo billed every 4 weeks ($50 off first order) and Advanced at $329/mo with the same first-order pattern. 3-, 6-, and 12-month cards are billed every 12, 24, or 48 weeks. Auto-renew cadence is published two ways: Quoted from the FAQ: "At Enhance.MD, your membership will automatically renew every 28 days." Product cards instead say they are billed every 4, 12, 24, or 48 weeks depending on the selected term.Source, checked 14 September 2026 Source, checked 14 September 2026

Pause or cancel; prescriptions are not returned: The FAQ says membership can be paused or cancelled at any time and that doing so affects prescription refills. Onboarding ineligibility refund; no prescription returns: Quoted from how-it-works: "If at any point during the onboarding process you are found ineligible for our formulation, Enhance.MD will provide a full refund of 100% of your initial payment." Evidence conflicts and limits

Homepage starting prices are 12-month prepaid cards: Homepage cards advertise Core from $112 then $212/month and Advanced from $180 then $280. Those figures match the 12-month prepaid cards on the product pages ($212 and $280), not the 1-month continuing rates of $249 and $329. Telehealth Ledger records 1-month continuing rates as comparable offers and keeps prepaid terms as listings.

Sitewide $150-off banner is not the product-page first-order amounts: A sitewide banner reads "up to $150 off your first order," while Core and Advanced plan cards show $50 off the 1-month term and $100 off first order on 3-, 6-, and 12-month terms. No $150 checkout reduction is published on those product pages.

Pharmacy partner names conflict across first-party pages: The FAQ, terms, consumer notice, and public Reddit threads name overlapping but different pharmacy partners (Strive, Pharmacy Hub, Tru Meds Rx / TruMedsRx, Rite-Away, Vios, and historically Hallandale). Telehealth Ledger does not flatten those names into one current filling pharmacy.

28-day FAQ renewal versus weekly-interval product billing: The FAQ says membership auto-renews every 28 days. Product cards say billing every 4, 12, 24, or 48 weeks. Confirm the selected term's charge date before treating either figure as the only cadence.

BBB California sole-proprietorship listing does not match the Delaware LLC: BBB lists Enhance MD in Encinitas and San Diego, California as a sole proprietorship started in 2019, not accredited, with phone (888) 299-5088. Official terms identify Enhance.MD, LLC at a Lewes, Delaware address. The phone matches; the legal-entity type and mailing location do not.

  • Comparable offers use 1-month continuing rates. 3-, 6-, and 12-month prepaid cards, Elite combination, and microdosing tirzepatide are listings because they are not like-for-like month-to-month comparison rows.
  • A dedicated /product/nad-wafers URL returned HTTP 404 on 2026-09-14; wafer prices were read from the NAD+ Therapy product page.
  • Pharmacy assignment is not one stable name. Confirm the dispensing pharmacy on the actual order.
  • The FAQ launch list, not a 50-state claim, controls current availability.
  • No FDA warning letter naming Enhance.MD was found on the check date.

Regulatory records and how to read these ratings

Regulatory and legal records

No FDA, FTC, or state attorney-general record naming this company was found in our search on 10 September 2026. A search with no result is not proof of a clean record.

Not checked: No App Store or Google Play app found.

BBB file 1126-1000144122 is an entity-match caveat, not proof that Enhance.MD LLC is that California sole proprietorship.

Public Reddit threads from 2024-2025 discuss pharmacy changes among Strive, Hallandale, and TruMedRx and mixed shipping reports. Those posts are anecdotes, not a current assignment.

How to read these ratings

Different platforms measure different things: Trustpilot shows a company-invited review average, BBB grades how a business answers complaints, app stores prompt at the moment of use, and a regulator's letter is a dated record. A paid PR-wire release is not a review. None of these is a score from Telehealth Ledger. How Trustpilot counts · How BBB counts
