Verdict: useful when the 1-month term is the intended purchase
Enhance.MD publishes all-in cash prices for compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide, NAD+ injection, and NAD+ wafers, with medication stated as included. The figure that belongs in a month-to-month comparison is the 1-month card, not the homepage starting price.
The deciding issue is term. Homepage Core and Advanced cards of $212 and $280 match the 12-month prepaid billing interval. A reader who wants a cancellable monthly plan should use $249 and $329, plus the published first-order $50 reduction on those 1-month GLP-1 terms.

Confirm the selected term, first-order reduction, amount billed today, next charge date, and whether the SKU is Core, Advanced, Elite, microdosing, NAD+ injection, or wafers. A 12-month card is a different purchase from a 1-month auto-renewal.
What the public pages make easy to check
Enhance.MD names the administrative company, the medical groups, a laboratory partner, and several pharmacy names. Product pages mark compounded formulations as not FDA-approved and condition access on clinician review. Those disclosures do not validate marketing claims, but they make the commercial structure easier to inspect than a site that hides the operator.
Shipping copy says 2-day priority is included. How-it-works says Enhance.MD refunds 100% of the initial payment if the patient is found ineligible during onboarding. Those are company statements, not an independent audit of refunds actually issued.
Pharmacy names and billing cadence do not agree with themselves
The FAQ lists Tru Meds Rx, Strive Pharmacy, and Pharmacy Hub. The terms name Rite-Away Pharmacy, Vios Compounding Pharmacy, Beauty Empower Rx, LLC dba TruMedsRx, and other licensed pharmacies. The consumer notice lists TruMedsRx in Fairfax, Virginia. Public Reddit threads from 2024-2025 discuss pharmacy changes among Strive, Hallandale, and TruMedRx. None of those sources establishes one current filling pharmacy for every order.
The FAQ also says membership auto-renews every 28 days, while product cards bill every 4, 12, 24, or 48 weeks. Pause or cancel language sits beside a no-return rule for dispensed prescriptions. Read the selected term's charge date and the refund boundary before paying.
Independent records are useful and bounded
The exact-domain Trustpilot profile for enhance.md showed 4.1 from 149 reviews on 14 September 2026. The profile is claimed and carries a paid Trustpilot subscription. Trustpilot says it does not fact-check individual reviews. Recurring negative themes on that page included shipping temperature and product or dosage complaints; positive themes included onboarding and support.
BBB lists Enhance MD in Encinitas and San Diego, California, not accredited, rating A+, with phone (888) 299-5088. Official terms identify Enhance.MD, LLC at a Lewes, Delaware address. The phone matches; the legal-entity type and mailing location do not. Treat the BBB file as an entity-match caveat.
No FDA warning letter naming Enhance.MD was found on the check date. That absence is not a safety finding.
Confirm the term, pharmacy, and state before paying
Start from the product page for the intended SKU, not the homepage starting price. Ask which amount is charged today, which first-order reduction applies, how many weeks of medication ship, and when the next bill runs. If a 12-month card is selected, the prepaid total is the purchase, not $212 or $280 as a cancellable monthly rate.
Then identify the parties. Enhance.MD, LLC is the platform. Clinical care is described as coming from Enhance Wellness, PC, EnhanceMD CA, PC, and iThriveMD, PC. Ask which licensed pharmacy will dispense the selected product in the patient's state. The Florida Patients footer link returned HTTP 404 on the check date, so do not treat a broken footer as a state-specific policy page.
Finally, check the launch list. The FAQ says the company is licensed in all 50 states but currently launching in a named set that excludes Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Completing an intake does not create availability that the launch list does not include.
Enhance.MD is a poor match for a reader who needs a single named pharmacy in writing before paying, who wants a 12-month homepage figure as a month-to-month rate, or who lives in a state outside the current launch list. It is a better shortlist candidate when the 1-month card, inclusions, and onboarding refund language remain acceptable after the live checkout agrees with the dated pages cited here.
