Introduction

Last updated 26 October 2026. Fourteen commission-earning GLP-1 providers state on a page opened that day that an HSA or FSA can be used. CoreAge Rx, PlexusDx, and MEDGm say a card is accepted at checkout.

Willow prints the label on a $299 semaglutide price and a $399 tirzepatide price. Strut Health's FAQ says a charge to an HSA or FSA card may be rejected by the issuer.

02

Fourteen pages, and the sentence each one actually prints

The check on 26 October 2026 was limited to commission-earning providers that sell a GLP-1. A page is in the table only when its own text states an HSA or FSA path. A catalog flag from an earlier month was not enough. GobyMeds is a comparison listing, so it is outside this table.

The sentences are not interchangeable. Card at checkout means the provider says the card can be entered as payment. A label such as eligible or approved is the provider's word on the page. Reimbursement means the patient pays and may submit a bill to the account. The price column is the figure printed on the same page, or on the provider's price page opened the same day.

Three pages say the card is accepted at checkout

CoreAge Rx's card article says you can pay for the order with an HSA or FSA card, entered at checkout like any other debit or credit card, with nothing to sign up for. The eligibility table marks compounded prescription medication as yes, and prescription treatments as generally eligible. Daily supplements, including a product the table names GLP-1 Support, are marked often not, because non-prescription items may require a letter of medical necessity. The page says the plan administrator, not CoreAge Rx, decides coverage. The receipt article adds that compounded prescription medications are generally eligible under most plans, and that CoreAge Rx does not file insurance claims. The landing page prices are separate from that help text: $79 a month for semaglutide and $129 a month for tirzepatide, and the footer says those are starting prices based on a 12-month plan paid in full.

PlexusDx prints the card sentence on both injection pages, next to no membership fee. The dollar covers the prescription, medication, and shipping, so the page is describing one plan rather than a membership fee plus a separate medication bill. The FAQ says eligibility depends on the reader's own HSA or FSA plan. Semaglutide is $149 month to month, or $99 a month when $1,188 is billed up front for 12 months. Tirzepatide is $189 month to month, or $129 a month when $1,548 is billed up front for 12 months.

MEDGm's product FAQ, on both the semaglutide and tirzepatide injection pages, says you can use an HSA/FSA card at checkout. The same answer says reimbursement eligibility depends on the plan and may require a medical consultation, and it tells the reader to check with the administrator. The semaglutide month-to-month price is $179 the first month, then $299. Tirzepatide is $279 the first month, then $399.

04

Labels on a medication price

Willow's semaglutide page, which is where the shorter semaglutide address redirected, prints $299/mo beside HSA / FSA Eligible. The tirzepatide page prints $399/mo with the same label. The care steps for assessment, shipping, and support carry the same label, so Willow is marking the path, not a separate membership dollar. The catalog rows for those two continuing prices were already $299 and $399, checked 26 October 2026, and the pages still print those dollars.

yourEra says the plans are FSA and HSA eligible and that the reader pays with pre-tax dollars. It also says there are no membership fees. Semaglutide is $89 a month and tirzepatide is $129 a month, month to month, after the 20% discount the page says is auto-applied. HealthRX's product pages say the plan is HSA and FSA eligible and that no insurance is required. Semaglutide is $99 due today, then $165 every month. Tirzepatide is $99 due today, then $214 every month. The pricing page repeats the eligible line and says prices are current as of October 15, 2026. The product pages opened 26 October still show the dollars above.

SnagRX's semaglutide and tirzepatide pages say FSA/HSA eligible in the benefits list. The one-month columns are $99 and $149. The terms, opened the same day, say SnagRX does not guarantee that amounts paid are eligible for reimbursement by insurance, HSA/FSA, or otherwise. Both sentences stay in the record. The product page does not say the card is taken at checkout, and the terms do not say the product-page label is void.

Eden marks Wegovy at $1,695 a month and Zepbound at $1,399 a month as FSA/HSA Eligible. A sentence on both pages says you can use an HSA or FSA card for most visits and prescriptions. The FAQ says the plan includes the doctor visit, the prescription medication, and free shipping, so the price is not a membership with the drug billed later. Gala's Ozempic page says from $1,299 a month, cash price, provider visit included, and FSA and HSA accepted. Direct Meds says it accepts HSA and FSA payments for all GLP-1 treatments and can provide receipts for reimbursement. It also says there are no membership fees. The starting figures on that page are $249 a month for sublingual semaglutide and $297 a month for injections.

05

A badge, an eligibility line, and HumeCare+'s medication sentence

Found's store pages print HSA/FSA eligibility beside free shipping. They do not say card at checkout, and they do not say reimbursement. What they do price is a 28-day cycle that covers clinical care, the medication, and the membership. Cash semaglutide is $179 the first cycle, then $289. Cash tirzepatide is $219 the first cycle, then $359. Those later figures match the catalog rows checked 25 October 2026. The eligible line is not split into a membership portion and a medication portion.

Embody's homepage badge says HSA/FSA Approved. The same screen has a weekly GLP-1 injections card at a flat $69 a month and a weekly GLP-1/GIP injections card at a flat $119 a month. Neither card prints semaglutide or tirzepatide. The one-month product pages, opened the same day, name the drugs and print different dollars: semaglutide sale $79 and regular $299, tirzepatide sale $129 and regular $349. Those product pages do not repeat the HSA badge. The catalog still stores the sale and regular pairs, checked 24 October 2026. This note keeps the homepage cards and the product-page prices as two readings.

HumeCare+ labels the compounded semaglutide card and the compounded tirzepatide card FSA/HSA-ELIGIBLE. A disclosure line says $199/month, billed monthly, for the compounded semaglutide program. The FAQ item titled as the cost of the weight loss program answers with a different sentence: GLP-1 medication prescribed for a medical condition like obesity is generally an eligible expense under both FSA and HSA accounts, so pre-tax dollars can go toward the plan. That answer does not print $199. It is HumeCare+'s sentence about the medication, not a sentence from the IRS pages below.

A badge that says approved is the provider's label. It is not a determination from the IRS or from the reader's plan administrator.

06

Sesame is a reimbursement sentence, and Strut says the card may be rejected

Sesame's terms say prescription services and medication payments are cash-pay, that Sesame is not insurance, and that Sesame does not accept any insurance for provider visits or medications. The same paragraph says you may submit a reimbursement to your HSA or FSA. The weight-loss FAQ asks whether services in the subscription are eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement and answers that most of those services may be eligible. It says an email to support produces an itemized bill to submit. That is a reimbursement path for subscription services. It is not a sentence that an HSA card is accepted at checkout for the Wegovy pen. The cash figures on that program page are still useful next to the sentence: Wegovy pen without insurance is $199 a month for the first two months for new Wegovy patients, then $349 a month. Zepbound KwikPen without insurance is $299 a month at 2.5 mg.

Strut Health's FAQ was opened because the product pages do not mention HSA or FSA. The payment answer says Strut accepts all major credit cards, and that charges to HSA and FSA cards may be rejected by the card issuer. That is not a statement that the cards are accepted. The semaglutide injectable page is $129 a month. The tirzepatide injectable page is $219 a month. Strut stays out of the fourteen.

07

What Publication 502 and Publication 969 say

IRS Publication 502, opened 26 October 2026, shows a last reviewed or updated date of 30 April 2026. The medicines section says you can include in medical expenses amounts you pay for prescribed medicines and drugs. A prescribed drug is one that requires a prescription by a doctor for its use by an individual. Except for insulin, a drug that is not prescribed is outside that sentence. The weight-loss program section says you can include amounts you pay to lose weight if it is treatment for a specific disease diagnosed by a physician, and it names obesity, hypertension, and heart disease as examples. It includes fees for membership in a weight reduction group. A later section says you cannot include a weight-loss program if the purpose is the improvement of appearance, general health, or sense of well-being.

Publication 969, also last reviewed or updated 30 April 2026, says qualified medical expenses for an HSA are those specified in the plan that would generally qualify for the medical and dental expenses deduction. Neither publication names CoreAge Rx, Willow, Wegovy, Zepbound, or a compounded GLP-1. A provider line that says eligible is the provider's claim. The plan administrator is who CoreAge, MEDGm, and PlexusDx tell the reader to ask. NovoCare's Wegovy home-delivery page, which is Novo Nordisk's home delivery and not a commission-earning telehealth partner on this site, says it accepts debit, credit, and FSA/HSA cards for the medicine. That sentence is about NovoCare home delivery.

This note is not tax advice. A plan document and the plan administrator control whether a particular charge is reimbursed.

08

Pages opened that do not state HSA or FSA

Several other commission-earning GLP-1 pages were opened the same day and their readable text does not contain HSA or FSA. Those pages are Shed's semaglutide and tirzepatide injection pages, Enhance.MD's core semaglutide and advanced tirzepatide pages, Sprout Health's homepage, Lttl's semaglutide and tirzepatide pages, Oak Longevity's homepage, the System Labs homepage, and DudeMeds' weight-loss pricing page. They are omitted from the table because the page does not state the path. Their prices, where a page printed one, are in the tirzepatide and semaglutide cost note.

bmiMD returned HTTP 403, so its older HSA page was not re-read and bmiMD is not in the table. SkinnyRx's FAQ address and MyDrHank's product addresses returned a shell without the payment sentence. Those three stay out. A financing brand on a checkout page is a separate question, and the buy-now-pay-later note is the page for that.

FAQ

Common questions

Can an HSA or FSA card pay a GLP-1 telehealth order?
CoreAge Rx, PlexusDx, and MEDGm say yes, the card is accepted at checkout, on pages opened 26 October 2026. Eden says an HSA or FSA card can be used for most visits and prescriptions. Other providers in the table use the words eligible, accepted, or approved, or they describe reimbursement. Strut says the issuer may reject the charge.
Does CoreAge say the medication is eligible, or only a membership?
The card article marks compounded prescription medication as yes. It marks named daily supplements, including one called GLP-1 Support, as often not. The landing prices are the semaglutide and tirzepatide plans, $79 and $129 a month, described as starting prices on a 12-month plan paid in full.
Which prices carry the HSA or FSA label on the same line?
Willow prints it on $299 a month and $399 a month. Eden prints it on Wegovy at $1,695 a month and Zepbound at $1,399 a month. Gala prints FSA and HSA accepted on Ozempic from $1,299 a month. yourEra, HealthRX, and SnagRX put the label on the plan rather than inside the dollar.
What does Strut Health say?
The FAQ says Strut accepts all major credit cards and that charges to HSA and FSA cards may be rejected by the card issuer. The semaglutide and tirzepatide product pages do not add an acceptance sentence. Those pages are $129 a month and $219 a month.
Do the IRS publications name these telehealth plans?
No. Publication 502, last reviewed or updated 30 April 2026, covers prescribed medicines and a physician-diagnosed weight-loss program. Publication 969 points qualified HSA expenses to what the plan specifies and what would generally qualify as a medical expense deduction. The plan administrator is the reader named by CoreAge, PlexusDx, and MEDGm.
Bottom line

Read the verb on the provider's page

On 26 October 2026, fourteen commission-earning GLP-1 providers state an HSA or FSA path. CoreAge Rx, PlexusDx, and MEDGm say a card is accepted at checkout, and CoreAge marks compounded prescription medication as the eligible item. Willow, Eden, and Gala put the label on a printed medication price. Sesame describes reimbursement. Strut says the card issuer may reject the charge. Publication 502 and Publication 969 do not list these plans.
