The short answer on Eden Health

Eden Health is a cash-pay telehealth platform operated by Eden Health International Inc. First-party treatment pages publish medication prices and a required membership of $39 the first month and $99 thereafter. Those pages say membership does not guarantee a prescription and that medication is not available without membership.

The issued Katalys route lands on an affiliate GLP-1 page that lists semaglutide at $99 a month and tirzepatide at $129 a month as all-inclusive, with no membership fee. Telehealth Ledger records the first-party medication figures for comparison and discloses that conflict instead of inventing a combined total or adopting the affiliate lander as the only price.

What the published medication prices actually cover

The ranked figures below are first-party medication prices. They do not include the required membership on Eden's own treatment pages.

  • Semaglutide$99 monthly
  • Tirzepatide$199 monthly

Compare the medication line, the membership line, and the affiliate lander separately. A $99 semaglutide figure is not an all-in monthly total on first-party pages, and the $199 tirzepatide figure is not the $129 all-inclusive figure on the affiliate page.

FDA warning letter

FDA issued a warning letter dated 8 June 2026 to Eden Health International Inc. doing business as Eden (MARCS-CMS 728279), after reviewing tryeden.com in March 2026. The letter said product labels identifying Eden implied Eden was the compounder when it is not, and that claims of FDA-licensed 503(a) outsourcing facilities were false or misleading.

The letter is material regulatory history. It does not by itself establish a current clinical-quality conclusion, and no close-out letter was found on the check date.

BBB complaint record

A BBB Denver weight-loss profile for Eden matches the published support phone. When checked on 14 September 2026, the profile was not BBB accredited and showed a Pattern of Complaints alert. It listed 25 complaints in the last three years and 17 closed in the last 12 months, with 14 answered, 8 resolved, and 3 unanswered. A letter grade was not displayed on the captured page.

Complaint themes included product, service, and delivery. These are dated consumer-complaint facts, not a Telehealth Ledger score and not proof of a typical outcome.

How this review was prepared

We checked Eden Health’s public pricing and programme pages on 14 September 2026. The review covers published pricing, plan terms, inclusions, and availability. It is not a rating, a clinical assessment, or a guarantee of eligibility or outcomes.

Evidence limits

  • Trustpilot counts on the affiliate page were not independently retrieved.
  • Membership plus medication is not flattened into one invented monthly total.
