NAD+ programs
Telehealth companies prescribe compounded NAD+ as an injection, a nasal spray, or by mouth. None of these forms is FDA approved for treating anything. Dose and delivery differ enough between them that a monthly price on its own tells you little. Each format is compared separately below.

How to compare an NAD+ program
Compare within a format, never across one. An injection, a nasal spray, and a capsule deliver different amounts of NAD+ into the body from the same number on the label. A $116 nasal spray and a $116 injection are not the same purchase, so each format has its own page here.
Ask what quantity the monthly price buys. Providers publish a price far more often than they publish a vial size or a millilitre count. Live Vital lists $83 a month for an injection and MadeMed lists $199, and part of that spread is how much medication arrives.
Watch the second month. System Labs opens NAD+ injections at $89 and continues at $149. Its nasal spray opens at $69 and continues at $119. Both are close to a doubling.
None of these products is FDA approved for treating anything. Compounded medication is prepared to a prescriber's order rather than approved as a drug product. Ask the prescriber what evidence exists for your goal.
